Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of LociNexa during its MVP and pilot stages. They are practical operating terms, not a substitute for final lawyer-reviewed launch terms.

1. What LociNexa Does

LociNexa lets people and organizations create shareable links for exact arrival points, including map pins, route points, notes, photos, and related arrival context.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, and appropriateness of any Locus you create or share. Do not publish private access details, security codes, photos, or personal location information unless you have the right to do so.

3. No Emergency or Safety-Critical Use

LociNexa is not an emergency service, dispatch system, or safety-critical navigation service. Always use judgment and local conditions when following directions.

4. Accounts and Access

Some features may require sign-in, ownership verification, or account capture. We may suspend or remove Loci that are abusive, unlawful, misleading, or unsafe.

5. Pilot and Availability Limits

The service is currently under active development. Features, URLs, pricing, availability, and data structures may change before commercial launch.

6. Content Rights

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you give LociNexa permission to store, process, display, and share it as needed to operate the Locus link and related product features.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LociNexa is provided without guarantees that every route, pin, note, photo, or third-party map handoff will be accurate or available.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product moves from local staging to public launch. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
